Origin8or 69 Bonnie Broadtracker
We always tried to search best of the bikes around the world to showcase you. Today we are featuring the amazing work of Origin8or from Canada. This is 69 Bonnie Broadtracker build from 1969 Bonneville.
Rob wanted to build a bike for the Summer Show Season there. He wanted an extraordinary bike to be built mostly by his skills by making it a handbuild model. For this fabricated the rostiserrie frame jig which came out to be much longer than he needed. So he redesigned the frame before shortening the backend.
For the forks Rob detailed the plan on computer as 2D Vector to get it right. For the Triple tees he contacted his friend Mat Tobin. Mat used CNC technique for the top and bottom Triples. The Swingarms are made up of Aluminium. All the bungs and front axle is made by him on his lathe.
Rob fabricated the bars risers 2.5 inch forward to broadtracker kind of style. Handlebars are inverted lowered with the leather grip. They used Avon Cobra Tires 80/90-21 on both sides.
He built small tank which could hold up 1.3 gallons. The seat was made by Adrain of 8x6Customworks. He used Hindle Exhuast for the beautiful bike.
He worked on Engine and wiring. The original rotor was replaced by the Lobrow customs rotor.
As a whole the bike looks extremely gorgeous.
