Retro Neo Cafe Racer Built from Ducati 796 Monster by BP Moto Design, France
Today we are featuring a retro neo cafe racer from France. This bike is built by BP Moto Design. The stock bike is a Ducati 796 Monster of 2009.
Their client wanted a retro neo-retro cafe-racer without changing the setting so they chose to relieve the back by creating a stainless exhaust line passage low and bent under the seat to remind the escape of the panigale.
They have made a new meter holder to give it a more legible position. For the headlight it is a fellow with Angel eyes and sequential flashing. Audi type of a wind vent made up of brushed aluminum.
They used Pirelli Diablo corsa tyre because their look gives the impression of being half slick They have also repainted all the black epoxy frame because it was red just like the shock absorber spring. The paint was entirely hand-made by Orelscorp.
They winked at Italy from the phrase on the back seat "do you want a coffee?" and they reworked the Ducati logo in order to incorporate a grain of coffee on the back.
The ground clearance was changed to give more aggressiveness on the front. The electronic management part has been reworked to be able to remove the probes and exhaust valve present on the original line.
The plate holder is also handmade because they try as much as possible to create their pieces rather than buying them all made and thus keep the possession on each of their machines.
