Triumph Bonneville modified to Classic Tracker - Mule Motorcycles France

Today we are featuring a beautiful triumph tracker from the USA. It was built in California in partnership between Mule Motorcycles and British Customs.

It was built for a french client of Mule motorcycles according to his need.

The base bike used was 2015 Triumph Bonneville T100. In this bike only frame and engine was retained and all parts were replaced by customized ones.

Its specifications are: 

Wheels :

• Set of Mule alu hubs
• 19” alu Sun rims
• Stainless steel spokes and nipples
• Set of Goldentyre Flat Track 19” tires
• Aluminium rear sprocket

Brakes :

• Brembo front disc 320mm
• 6 pistons Nissin caliper
• Braking rear rotor

Forks : 

• Mule aluminium Triple clamps
• Yamaha YZF R6 forks reconditionned by Racetech California
• Caliper alu bracket
• Mule flat track stainless steel handlebars

Chassis :

• Aluminium Trackmaster tank (handmade)
• Withdrawing all unecessary brackets
• Dirt track British Custom seat kit 
• Bates footpegs
• Side bracket for plate numbers
• Stock frame rails removed to install the Mule oilcooler kit with shortened frame rails
• Mule side stand kit (installed on the engine)
• YSS rear shocks

Engine :

• Stock airbox removed to install alu battery box
• Flat track 2/2 stainless steel exhaust
• AIS removed
• Oil pressure gauge
• K&N air cleaner

Lights and electricity :

• Motogadget micro led turn signals and Tiny gauge
• Regulator replaced under the battery box
• Ignition Under the battery box on the left side
• Harness loom modified
• Installation of specific Switch on the Beringer set

Paint :

• Liquid paint on the tank 
• Epoxy on the frame
