Today we are presenting you new mofication by Maratha Motorcycles. Here is Raudra a classic Bobber motorcycle that is built on Royal Enfield 350cc Thunderbird. The bike have 18″ custom spoke wheels with high profile tyres. The feature of the bike is that all the body parts are hand made -in house from sheet metal. Custom T-assembly manufactured in house. Tank cap, handle risers, bar end mirror housings and exhaust end cap these parts are uniquely designed and shaped from solid brass. It adds elegant old school touch in the motorcycle.
Also they have provided adjustable sitting fitment for pillion rider.They have manufactured Both the rider and pillion rider seats with high density cushion and also covered them with finer rexin.
They have installed old school light components. e.g. Antique head lamp, crystal glass indicators, bobber tail lamp etc.

Hand grips, foot grips and rear foot pegs developed in house by using some machining operations.
Its short Dragbar style handle bar delivers swift riding pleasure.
Both front and rear disc brakes provides perfect braking controls.
Sparkeling silver DuPont paint shade has been used as a base colour shade.
Further airbrush detailing Painted in black.
After completing the airbrushing pearlscent paint and 2 clear coats are applied on the parts surfaces. Engine, swing arm and frame painted matte black. Both the wheels, handle bar, grips, exhaust body has powder coated matte black.
